Analyzer connection, included in the licence
With no fee per device and no limit on their number: over the serial port (ASTM and HL7) and over the network (HL7 and text). The result goes from the analyzer to the patient's file without being typed again.
Reports that carry your laboratory's identity
The program prints the whole report itself, with your laboratory's logo, name, contact details and address in the header and three signature places at the end. It prints on the laboratory's printer or downloads as a PDF file.
A website where your patients read their reports
An activated licence includes a website for your laboratory, free for its first year, at an address you choose on claruslis.com, in Arabic and English, where a patient reads their report from anywhere through a QR code, end-to-end encrypted so that the hosting server cannot read it.

A wizard inside the program reads one specific program's database directly, brings across patients, visits, results and the test catalogue, and shows the counts before it writes anything. If yours is a different program, our team moves your data with you from CSV or Excel files.

In France, the public health code (article L6221-1, under law 2013-442) lets a medical biology laboratory perform examinations only once it is accredited, and Cofrac accredits against NF EN ISO 15189 with its own SH REF 02 requirements on top. The program carries ISO 15189 and those Cofrac requirements.

Where is patient data kept?

Will I lose my data if the computer fails?
The program takes a backup automatically every day, checks each backup after taking it, and can copy it automatically to a second drive the laboratory names, such as a USB drive. You can also rehearse a real restore of a backup from inside the program, into a temporary database that never touches your data.
What language does the program use?
The program's interface is in English, and French is installed free from the program's language library. The laboratory website you publish is in Arabic and English. The pages of this site are in French and English.
