Prices, discounts and payments
Each order carries its test prices, its payments and the remaining balance. A discount given at reception is recorded with who gave it and when, and with its reason when one is entered. Each test can cap the discount reception may give.
Insurance and contract payers
Payer accounts and contracts with coverage, co-pay and pre-authorisation rules. Insurance claim packages are prepared, checked and tracked; sending them electronically needs a configured payer connection.
Revenue against a target
A dashboard follows daily, weekly and monthly revenue against one monthly target, beside the billing analysis.
Results after payment
The results QR code is left off the receipt while any of the patient's share is unpaid.
