How analyzers connect
Serial analyzers
Analyzers cabled to the computer's RS-232 port, in ASTM (E1381, with checksummed frames) or HL7 v2.
Network analyzers
A network listener for analyzers that send HL7 or delimited text.
One setup form and a Test connection button
Register an analyzer on one form: identity, communication settings and test mapping. The Test connection button tells you what to fix, such as a missing or busy COM port or a listener that is not running.
Filed against the right sample
Each result is matched by the sample's barcode, and a result for a rejected sample is refused.
Verified by your staff
Results from the analyzer wait for verification. Automatic verification applies only to an analyzer you switch it on for, and only after that analyzer has been validated on site.
No per-device fee
Integration is included in the licence, with no limit on the number of analyzers.
