What the report carries
Your identity in the header
Logo, laboratory name, contact details and address, printed with the report.
Three signature places
Lab technician, clinical pathologist and an authorised signatory, each with a name, title and uploaded signature image, or a blank line to sign by hand.
QR verification
Once your laboratory has published its website, each final report carries a QR code that opens the laboratory's own current copy.
Previous results and trend
The report can list earlier results for the same test with their dates, and on a single-test report draw a trend chart of up to ten previous values.
PDF copy
Save the report as a PDF to send or to keep.
Sensitivity tables
Cultures print their organisms and antibiotics as S, I or R, with the MIC when it was entered.
