Welcome to Clarus LIS. This short guide takes you from signing in to running your first order and releasing a report. There are no setup fees and nothing to install for the cloud edition — you only need a browser.
1.Sign in & choose your language
Open your lab address (for example your-lab.claruslis.com) and sign in with the credentials we sent you. Clarus speaks 8 languages — pick yours from the top bar; English stays available as a second language at any time.
- Use the language switch in the header to change the interface instantly, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
- Reports keep scientific and medical terms in their international form regardless of the interface language.
2.Tour the Command Center
The Command Center is your daily home: today's workload, "next best actions", pending and critical results, and quick shortcuts to register a patient, order tests, or quick-print.
3.Set up your lab profile
Open Settings → Laboratory Profile and enter your lab name, contacts, address and logo — you can upload the logo straight from your device. This identity appears on reports, receipts and the patient portal.
- Settings → General Preferences: theme, timezone, date format, country, currency, and your second language.
- Settings → Printing & Devices: choose your report and barcode-label printers.
4.Add your team & roles
Open Settings → Users & Permissions to invite staff. Each user gets a role (reception, technician, pathologist, admin…) that controls exactly what they can see and do.
5.Run your first order
Register a patient, create an order, receive the sample, enter and verify results, then generate the report. The Complete User Guide explains every step in detail.
