1.Are there any setup or installation fees?
No. There are no setup, onboarding or installation fees — ever. You pay only your subscription, for the period you choose. Onboarding help is included.
2.Do I need to install anything?
For the cloud edition you only need a browser. Hybrid and offline editions are available for labs that need on-premise operation.
3.Can I try it before paying?
Yes — start a free trial in a minute, with no credit card. Your data carries over if you decide to subscribe.
4.How does pricing work?
Choose a plan by lab size and pay monthly or annually — annual commitments save you a significant discount. Add only the optional services your lab needs; nothing is bundled that you must pay for.
5.What are add-ons?
Optional services such as device integration, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, a custom domain, e-invoicing, Blood Bank, Clinical AI and more. Add or remove them anytime.
6.Which languages are supported?
The interface ships in 8 languages with full right-to-left support. Scientific and medical terms stay in their international form on reports.
7.Is my data secure and private?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, every tenant is isolated, and all activity is recorded in an immutable audit trail. Your data is yours.
8.Can I connect my analyzers?
Yes, via the device-integration add-on — HL7 v2.5, ASTM and raw TCP/IP, bidirectional and vendor-neutral. FHIR R4 and an API are available too.
