Refund Policy

The free trial lets a laboratory use every feature on its own computer for 14 days before paying anything, so that it buys knowing exactly what it gets. After payment the rule is simple: a full refund within 14 days, and no refund after that.

Effective date: 23 September 2026.

1.Within 14 days of purchase

If you ask within 14 days of the day you paid, we refund the full amount, for any reason, whether or not you have activated the licence.

This applies to a licence and to each paid year of the laboratory website service. A refunded licence is released; the records you entered stay yours, on your computer. The one exception is reserving a professional domain for your laboratory: it is not refunded in any case, within the 14 days or after.

2.After the 14 days

Once 14 days have passed since payment, there is no refund at all, for any reason, on a licence or on a year of the website service.

A defect found after that is put right through our support and the continuous updates described on our Support and Updates page.

3.How to ask

Write to us on WhatsApp or at info@claruslis.com within the 14 days, with your serial number or your website's address and the date you paid. A request counts from the day you send it. We confirm that we received it and pay the refund back by the means you paid with, within 14 days of your request.
