An activated licence includes a website for your laboratory, free for its first year, at yourname.claruslis.com: you reserve the name and publish the site from inside the program. When a report is released, the patient scans the QR code printed on it and reads it on your laboratory's website, end-to-end encrypted, with no account and no password.
Every week, people in Egypt search for “a medical laboratory”, and they type the laboratory's name next to the word “results”. The people searching are patients, so a website puts your laboratory in front of its own patients.
If you leave the search title and description empty, the program fills them with your laboratory's name and address when it publishes, so a search result carries your name, not the software's.
One website at yourlab.claruslis.com is free for the first year with an activated licence, then renewed yearly, and hosted on the Clarus server. You reserve the name, in lowercase Latin letters, digits and hyphens, and publish from inside the program, which needs an internet connection and a licence that is still running.
The website carries your laboratory's own name, logo and colours, never the Clarus logo.
The website is bilingual: Arabic, right to left, and English.
Your phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and address from the Laboratory Identity screen, your working hours, a map link, your Facebook and Instagram pages, and an announcement bar you write yourself.
The published website does not take online bookings. A patient who wants to book contacts the laboratory by phone or WhatsApp.
The website and your patients' reports live on the Clarus server, so a patient who opens them never connects to the computer in your laboratory.
The QR code sits in the report's header. Sample produced by the program with demo data.
The program encrypts the report on the laboratory's own computer, with a key made for that one report, and sends only the encrypted copy to your laboratory's website.
The key is printed inside the report's QR code itself and never reaches our server, so the server cannot read the report.
The report opens at your laboratory's claruslis.com address, under its name and colours, where the patient can print it or keep it as a PDF.
There is no login, password or report history: each report has its own code, and it stays readable for a year.
The results QR code is left off the receipt while any of the patient's share is unpaid. For an insured patient, only the patient's own share counts, not the insurer's. Once paid in full, the QR code appears when the laboratory has an address a patient's phone can reach; otherwise the receipt says the result will come by message.
By the QR code on the report, on your laboratory's website.

Reach your laboratory's program while you are away from it.
Your laboratory's computers and branches work as one laboratory. Linking through your own routes carries no fee from us; each computer runs on its own licence.
A 14-day free trial with every feature. Reserving and publishing the website address needs an activated licence.
